Returns
We hope you love all of your Guinness Webstore purchases but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. We will happily provide you with a full refund (excluding original and return shipping costs) on all full priced items, as long as your return meets the below requirements.
You have a 14-day period starting on the date your Order is delivered to change your mind about the Product and cancel the Contract, provided the Product is unopened, has not been consumed and you have not broken the seal on the Product, or the order is not personalised (e.g. engraved products). To exercise this right to cancel, you can post the Product back to us, for a full refund within 14 days of receipt by us, provided the Product has not been damaged and the seal is not broken. Subject to any specific warranties implied by law, we do not offer any warranty or guarantee on our Product. If the Product is damaged or faulty when delivered to you or misdescribed, you can return the Product and receive a replacement Product or a refund. You should inspect the Product when you receive it for defects, damage or misdescription. If you find a defect, damage or misdescription please let us know as soon as possible. Please note you will be required to provide photographic evidence of the damaged, faulty or misdescribed Product, without which we will be unable to process any claim. On acceptance of your claim we will provide you with a free returns slip and ask you to return the Product to us within 14 days. We will then process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the Product. Failure to return the Product or to provide requested photographic evidence will forfeit your right to a refund or replacement. Nothing in this section affects your statutory legal rights.
Please take care when trying on garments as we cannot accept items that have incurred any makeup stains or fragrance from perfume, body lotions, tans etc.
The Guinness MicroDraught Tap can only be returned if it is unused and in its original condition. Please note that if you have changed your mind or no longer need the product, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. If you believe you have received a faulty Guinness MicroDraught Tap, please contact our customer care team and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
The Guinness Webstore reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above requirements. Items that do not comply with our return policy will be sent back to the sender at their cost.
The Guinness Webstore is not liable for the loss or damage of items in return transit. For returns we recommend retaining proof of postage, using a traceable delivery service and returning items in secure packaging. By placing an order with the Guinness Webstore, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Upon receiving your return we aim to process your refund within 14 business days. You will receive an email when we have processed your refund. During peak periods it may take a little longer to process the refund.
Your refund will be processed back to the original payment method you made the purchase with. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?
We strive for beautiful quality and hope you will never receive a faulty or damaged item. Understandably, no one is perfect so we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible!
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as you receive your order. We will happily guide you through the process of resolving the issue. We ask that you contact the team via email with images of the damaged or incorrect item so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Please do not ship back any items before you contact our customer service team, we want to make the process as easy as possible for you.
